What polk subwoofer?
Heavy bass is not the number one priority but these are being paired with some lsi 15/c and some surrounds.
PSW 111 vs 110?
I read that LFE in is not available on the PSW 10 or the 125. With a newer receiver with a sub pre out (LFE) how would I hook up the PSW 10 or 125 to the system? From my understanding, LFE out is connected simply with a rca cable to the LFE in on the sub and its good to go.

I would recommend the PSW111. IMO it has tighter, more accurate, and musical bass.polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves

I doubt either of those is going to complement the Lsi15s. The Lsi15s have a lower frequency response than either one. I certainly wouldn't bother for music. The subs would probably help shake the floor, if that is your goal. However, with a little patience you can get the PSW505 for less than $200 on either amazon or Newegg. I bought my 505 mainly because it was so darn cheap ($170) that I couldn't resist. But I only use it for HT. For two-channel music I use the "pure audio" mode, which does not send the output to the sub.MAIN: Polk Lsi9s; Polk PSW505; Lsic (in box); Onkyo SR-875; Parasound 2250; Cambridge Audio 740C; LG BD370

I dont know what your plan is for the setup. For home theater I would recommend a 12" but if your looking for a music setup then a 8" is gonna be a better fit. The tighter 8" will have a nicer response for music, while a larger 12" will dig deeperHT Rig Samsung 64F8500 |Pioneer Elite BDP-52FD|Pioneer Elite VSX-32| Two Carver TFM-15cb Bridged for mains|Polk Audio RTiA5 Cherry|Polk Audio CsiA6 Cherry|Polk Audio T-15 Heights|Polk Audio FXia6 Surround|DIY 8cuft Dayton Ultimax 15" powered with a Crown XLS1000

Thanks for the replies. My initial thought was to skip the sub for a while and see how that goes. I think I'll stick to that plan.

DSW Pro Wi series speakers are good subs especially for the cash they cost on sale from New Egg.
You can get the 660 (12") for $349 or the 550 (10") for $299.AVR: Onkyo Tx-NR808

Definitely micropro over any other sub made by Polk. Also take a look at some ID subs.
