Hello , First post here . I have seen alot of talk about putting in new crossovers here. I am green when it comes to the innards of speakers. Does anyone have a list of parts needed and where to purchase the parts ? Any help would be appreciated . My speakers are sda srs 2b .The interconnect between the two speakers is a blade blade connection.

    Welcome aboard.

They are just "SDA 2B" (where "SDA" is "Stereo Dimensional Array"). The "SRS" or "Signature Reference System" (or "Signature Reference Series" depending upon who you talk to) moniker was reserved for the 15" passive radiator models (http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/products/recent/srs/)

I compiled a list in my thread for my 2B's in November of 2008 starting at post #24 . . .

There's been a move toward Clarity caps and Duelund resistors recently.

Hello , They are they are sda srs 2 . no b . I have only owned these for 2 months and mistakenly posted the wrong title .

    Well, I did a pair of those (1986 SDA SRS 2 blade/blade 4-ohm) also in November of 2008 . . .

    http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?74946

However, you need to determine if you have the 4-ohm 1986 blade/blade or 8-ohm 1987 pin/blade model as they are quite different.

Post #5 here will give you a look at the components inside each of the SDA SRS 2 models . . .

P.S.: You should ask the moderators to edit the "B" out of the title of this thread to reduce confusion for future searchers.
