What are the major differences between the two? Are they both rated all channels driven? Is this deal for real?

    4 or 5 people say they got the 3803 and you still question it?

    The 3803 has DBL II, video upconverting, surely there is more??

    I would grab the 3803 before they change the site. I ordered the 02 and got the 03 about 2 weeks ago. Absolutely no problems with anything. The 02 is only 6 channels and doesnt have the upconversion. There are other differences but I can't recall. Go to Denons website and compare (look under discontinued items for the 3802)
    Receiver = Denon AVR-3803
    DVD = Denon DV-2900
    Fronts = SDA SRS 2.3TL's
    (Carver m1.5t)
    Center = CSi40
    Side surrounds = Fxi30's
    Sony 12" sub
    TV = Hitachi 57F500

    Bedroom rig:
    Pioneer SX-1050 receiver
    Rti38's

    Guys, the deal is still on. My friend should get his delivered tomorrow. He got the call today saying the 3803 shipped at the price of the 3802 because that one is discontinued. Right now the price stands at $688.00 plus 6 cents delivery.

    Better hurry if you're in the market for one! Wish I had the cash.

    The 3803 will pass an HDTV 1080I signal the 3802 and 2803 will not. If your going HiDef go with the 3803. :)

    Where are you finding the 3803 for $688 plus 6 cent delivery?
