Kenwood 6 channel amp and matching preamp km-z1 and kc-z1

Up for grabs is a nice preamp and amp combo. Not sure if anyone here wants them but I know there are some dedicated kenwood fans out there who might want these. The amp is rated at 130x6 (yes 6 as it has another channel for a subwoofer) into 8 ohms. The pre is pretty basic as these units are getting up there in age.

I've been using them to power my atrium speakers outside and today found a good deal on a pioneer elite integrated that should do just fine with them and now I can clear up some space.

    $250 plus shipping and paypal? The pre might be a bit dated, but the amp is THX certified and pretty darn powerful.

    I had this setup in my HT for years and was always happy with it. I had the matching THX certified speakers and subs as well. For its time it was the only real 'less-than-stupid-expensive' THX setup from preamp to speakers available.

    I sold off pieces over the years but I still have the amp in my stash.

    I am willing to break up the combo for anyone interested... the amp is IMO the more valuable piece.

    Make offers, I really want them out of here. Always willing to trade for other gear as well.

    Some what interested. What all can that pre do? DD I know, I'm thinking no DTS. What adjustments does it have? Does it have preouts for all channels or is it just a db25 connector? How many and type of digital connections does it have. Any pics? I know what the amp looks like and I am more interested in the pre.
