Hey gents!

My amps are for sale!

Here is the spec sheet as these are a doooozy!

Mono Extreme configuration - This means they have approx 180,000uf of capatinance PER amplifier
DUAL* Symphonic Line Transformers, NOT ONE, but two - this is unheard of. The Symphonic Line transformers are noticeably warmer and lusher than the Plitron. The only issue is this causes a slight transformer hum - not noticeable unless you are right up on the amplifier....
Black boards - Double traced, normally found in a Kismet - somehow found its way in a Khartago! Oh my!

So to break it down, each channel has dual transformers and 180,000 uf of storage - with double traced circuits for the best possible transfer of sound to your ears!

Will include 12/3 power cables with hubbel connections.

They sound incredible, very warm and tube like in presentation with fantastic 3-d imaging and stellar clarity and quickness not found in most amplifiers in my experience!

Also - I have boxes and they fit perfectly in them but they are not the original packaging. I can assure you bomb shelter protection no problem!!

I am selling because I am changing it up

Condition - They look like new, no joke but I will call it a 8/10 just to be safe. I can find no notable marks though anywhere.

Price new, No clue - but given they have over $900 in circuit boards and 12 filter caps per amplifier and dual transformers per amp I can't invision them being inexpensive...

I am looking for $1400 SHIPPED with Paypal - open to offers of course!

    These are definitely beastly -

If I am not mistaken they are stable to 1 ohm --

These are listed on Audiogon - talk to me as far as pricing goes if interested :)

Man - I would actually trade this amplifier for yard work, but there are few humans on this planet that would take that trade because my yard work I am doing is SERIOUS... ;)

Seriously, good luck, I'm sure these will sell quick.

I'd love to offer on 'em, but got some medical bills to deal with. Great amps, I'm sure. I love my Odyssey stuff!

    Not sure at this point...

Figure I will sell everything in the two channel and go from there... been eyeing a few pieces - I think I want a lower resolution system with a great on/off axis for listening everywhere.

I just don't do much of that sweetspot listening to have a reason to have a system of this caliber.. I literally use my 2 channel maybe 40 minutes a month and my HT 5-6 hours a week so my wants versus actual use are way out of scale... lol

I think somewhere along the way I just lost my mind..

I can say this - if someone were to just buy my entire two channel system they would be happier than a pig in... well ya know! ;)

Time for you to try some high-end monitors and a very nice integrated (Luxman/Sim Audio; something along those lines). Get back to simplicity. Just sayin. I'm thinking very seriously about a Luxman--->Harbeth combo. I'm ready for a smoking jacket/brandy snifter system....LOL.

    Sweet!

Are you sure you're not going to miss this stuff. Once you hit a certain level of musicality with really nice gear, it's incredibly hard to go backwards. I applaud your wanting to simplify, but there will be a period of mourning, I think. Although Ricardo gave up all his stuff for now and seems content.

Loving it! I still ENJOY listening to music and don't really miss the "nice rig". Actually, I think I am now really listening to the music and not the rig. I have to say I had some concerns....but so far NO REGRETS!.

The "hobby" portion has been replaced by a different one so we have that part covered too :)

I will take your amplifiers on trade - Monoblocks/multi channel/stereo

Must be a MAJOR brand, desireable and fair average used going rate for trade

Would like to keep trades 5-600 and below.

Perfect opprotunity to upgrade your amp and not have to worry about selling yours!!

This also means I would take MULTIPLE amplifiers on trade worth this value, does not bother me. They must be 8/10 or better condition and trade values would be current going market value...
