Selling of the toys continues. Very nice Technics SA 5570 AM/FM stereo receiver. You do not see this model for sale very often. I took the pictures both inside and outside to show how it looks in different kinds of light. This model was second from the top and manufactured 1977-1978. It is rated at 85 watts per channel into 8ohms and 90 into 4 ohms and weighs 39lbs. All functions , controls and lights work as they should. As with any older unit a control cleaning would not hurt.. I have done that but not a super job. The faceplate and window areas are beautiful with one very very small nick on the bottom edge. The wood cabinet is very nice but has a gouge on the rear top edge and one on a side edge. There is some slight peeling on the very bottom on both sides but over all very nice.. The origanal power cord has been repaired as I use a detachable cord with all my gear . All in all a very nice example of a fully functioning Technics SA 5570. A copy of the owners manual will be included. Check my excellent feedback. Asking $149 Thanks, keith

I own this model and it's a power house. These are without doubt, the "best" Technics vintage receivers ever produced. That and the higher model 5760/5770.
If you'd like to go "vintage", here it is and a lot cheaper than many other brands. Just try getting an Marantz with this kind of power for this price. Not going to happen. I know, I have a Marantz 2265 that I paid an arm and a leg for and this unit "can" hang with it!
