Has anyone else seen this movie. If you have not seen it, in my opinion, its a must see. Its like the clone of The Matrix on steroids. The soundtract is only DD but it has some really low lows in it.

I saw this movie about 4 months ago.
I think comparing it to the Matrix is a stretch. I mean, I know on the cover it says "Even Better Than The Matrix," but it's my opinion that that is B.S.
Anyhow...I actually did like the movie. It's a wierd flick. It's one of those movies you're going to like or hate. If you can't handle totally unrealistic 'Sci-Fi'esque' movies that are completely devoid of logic...don't watch this.
There are some good fight scenes, and for that it's worth the watch.
Definitely just a rental, but don't be misled by the Matrix comparison. -
I liked it, one time watch only. No where near the Matrix IMO.....- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

I dunno guys.. just rented this tonight. It was a blind rent, never heard of it before. Popped it in, and wowsers... Superb movie!
Christian Bale is perfect. He portrays the emotions the character progresses through flawlessly. The supporting cast (Sean Bean, William Fichtner, Taye Diggs, Emily Watson) was top notch as well.
As mentioned, terrific sound. I personally, loved the style of music. Gothic it seemed, with a classical twist. Right up my alley.
To compare it to the Matrix is, well, just wrong. It wasn't supposed to be a New Matrix. It was a Sci-Fi flick that was top tier in production. I rented it, but will definitely buy and watch again soon. In my mind, some of the moves during the gun fights were so much sicker than anything the matrix could throw at you. I wouldn't do a side by side comparison, but the entertainment value was equal with both.
If you haven't seen it, get it now. If you go in comparing between the two different movies, you won't enjoy it. Just take it for what it is, and have a blast!!! I know I did.

I saw this a while back, the disk went haywire right before the last fight scene and I couldn't watch it again because I had to go out of town, but from what I saw yes great movie and esp. Christian Bale. a deeper sci fi movie than what most mainstream audiences watch.
Reminded me of the begginning of Half Life 2...
