Hello guys,

just like the title says i would like to upgrade the cables of my turntable with something better assuming that it will result in better sound. I have seen some people modifying turntables and adapting them to be able to use any kind of rca cable (without ground cable). Changing the cables for a pair of rca female plugs.

Is this worth it, soundwise? Is this easy?

Please advice,

regards,

eduardo

IMHO it would be worth it if you use super high quality wire and RCA connectors. With care and planning shouldn't be that difficult. If it were me I'd use small gauge, soft annealed high purity sold silver wire with teflon insulation.
