I just bought a PSW10 subwoofer and I noticed when I have the volume knob turned to 12 o clock and pumping out lots of bass, is it safe for the subwoofer to be throwing out air?
Will it mess it up?
I mostly listen to dubstep
Please Help Me out!!

If you mean you are feeling air coming from the port, that is normal. If you didn't feel any air coming out the port, that would be more worrisome, but of course you probably wouldn't be able to hear it either.

Usualy means your pushing it too hard , or have the volume too high. What gear is connected to it and where are the crossovers set at ? How is it hooked up ?HT SYSTEM-

If you are experiencing port noise, that means one of two things: Either you are working the subwoofer harder than it was meant to, or the subwoofer was poorly designed.
So your options are to either turn the sub volume down, disassemble the sub and re-shape the port cylinders, or live with it. Or get a different sub.
Obviously turning the volume down on the sub would be the easiest remedy. You might be able to place the sub in a different area of your listening room to get more response out of it without having the volume on it turned up as high. It may be, however, that the sub you have simply isn't adequate for your wants.
