Best deal for CSI40 and FXI50

Hi Guys,

I just bought a set of RTI150 at CircuitCity few weeks ago at an awesome price, $209 each. :eek: :eek: :eek: Even though this is the display model, it is still a one hell of a deal. Everything looks brand new, not a single scratch on either speaker.

Now I am looking for the center CSI40 and surround FXI50. The best price I've found for the CSI40 is $299.99 and FXI50 is $349.99 (both at Crutchfield). I don't think CC even has any FXI50 left. Please let me know if there is a a better deal out there.

I got my Fxi50s New In Box at Fry's Electronics for $299 last week. Check them out. You have to ask them to check for sale price on their computer. Sometimes the floor tag do not reflect the sales price.

I got a pair of Fxi30's at CC for $81 each. I had previously bought the FXi50's from Crutchfield and returned the for the 30's There was a price difference of $200 (349.99 vs. $160) was too good to pass (put the money toward a Denon 2900). To be honest, I could not tell the difference between the two. I compared them for a good 5 days. I use it mostly HT but have been getting into SACD. I would definitely get the 30's if you can find them at $80 each. I got my CSi40 for $320 way back in Jan. The best price I've seen is $350 at CC.

I ordered the CSi40 online from circuit city for $269 but they raised the on-line price up to $299. I got the FXi30's for CC for $82 each, but I was able to get the last ones. Look around at all the Circuit Citys and check E-bay along with Fry's. Hopefully you'll be able to snag a great deal.
