Beyer Dynamic DT880 600 Ohm Headphones

Well I've finally decided to splurge on the HD800 from Sennheiser (found a deal I couldn't pass up, likely because the 700 was just announced), and need to sell a few things to help fund the purchase.
Up for sale here is a minty fresh pair of DT880 headphones. I've owned these for a few months, and they've got about 100 hours on them between burn in time and listening time. They are in perfect condition, like new with no blemishes, seriously you can't tell they've ever been worn.
This is the 600 ohm version of the headphone, which means two things: You're getting the best sounding model in the lineup, but you'll need decent power to get the full potential out of them. If you're looking for a set of cans to hook up to your iPhone these aren't for you. You don't need serious high end power for these, but a decent headphone amp would be good and these scale very well with higher end gear if you so choose.
How do they sound? Excellent, the first word that comes to mind is soundstage. They're a very engaging headphone, and their presentation is a bit forward but not bright. They have a really good soundstage, when I go from these to my other Senns the first thing I notice is how much better the soundstage is on these, these sound much less 'in your head' than my other Senns, the HD800 is supposed to cure that we shall see.

Are these open/do they leak a decent amount of sound?

Yes these are open, likely why the soundstage is so good on these.
I have the dt770 at work and while they're excellent for a closed headphone at that price they're not nearly as nice as the 880 -
I'm going to lower my price to $215 shipped in the lower 48. The box isn't as big as I'd thought and shipping on these shouldn't run too high.

Good intel, thank you. I just had a new firearm related toy show up at a local shop here, so I'll have to pass for now. If they're still available in a few weeks I'll probably take them.
