belles model 1, for 297?

need an upgrade from my adcom, this has surprisingly little info available online, but belles is supposed to be good stuff.

Any help appreciated,

    No he's talking about the Belles Model 1 amplifier. I know it's from the mid 80's and cost around $500 back then. 100wpc and most of the info you can find is positive regarding it's sound/performance. I think around $300 is probably close to the going rate. There's one at a vintage audio shop online for $325. It could very possibly need some servicing however. If you didn't want to put some money into it you might be better off getting something more current.
