Just ran through the Audessey setup (all 8 positions) and am watching Master and Commander. Holy crap, what a difference between this and my old TX-NR708. The sound is truly enveloping. Can't believe I am hearing this much of a change!

Isn't that a TOTL Onkyo Pre/Pro? Can't really compare something like that with a sub 700 dollar all-in-one unit like a 708. Those higher level Onkyo processors are among the best available from a big name manufacturer!
