Ok so I thought I can lurkaround ebay and monitor CC for the next few weeks looking for that ultimate deal, or just go for it. I just finished hitting the "submit order" button a few minutes ago - waddaya think?


Here's how I ended up:

RTi8 Crutchfields for $679 w/free shipping
Csi40 for $299 w/free shipping

Fxi30 at local Frys for $198


Can't wait to receive the 8's and 40 and set it up.....!

    I'd wonder about the tweeter match up as well..... I'm actually considering replacing my RT800's and CS350 (?) with new speakers to match the RTi38's and FXi30's I just bought for surround channels.

    Good choices, they will sound great :)
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
