I had asked about buying a carousel CD player for a friend of mine that recently went through a breakup. In that breakup her partner took the entire stereo system. I ended up giving her a older model Onkyo AVR and my Polk S10s. So I was looking for a player for her. They did have a 400 disc Sony player that Deb hated. So she did not miss that a bit.

So....Shawn ends up sending me this Sony DVP-NC655P for Deb. AND.....as an added bonus.....it had "Family Christmas Holiday 2005" inside!!! :eek: If he insists I will send that back to him. lol He sent the player for free...would not even accept payment for shipping!

But I gotta thank Shawn publicly here. Thanks so much bro!

    Just happy to help a fellow polkie and someone in need. I had no use for it and wanted someone to enjoy it instead of sitting on the shelf unused. It was really my pleasure; no thanks needed. Hope Deb enjoys it.

    PS- And uhhhh.......I am going to need that CD back. My daughter has been asking where it is for her dance parties before bedtime!!!!:cheesygrin:
