In-Ceiling Dilemna -- RT or TC?
Brand spanking new member here with a burning question. We're in the process of renovating our kitchen and I've narrowed it down to the 70-RT or 90-RT or the TC-80 to put in the ceiling. I haven't been able to hear them in person, yet, but I love the PA brand from prior speakers I've owned and trust the name/quality. Can someone who has heard either of these in person tell me whether the 70-RTs are "enough" sound for a 12 x 15 kitchen or do the 90-RT's justify the higher price tag? We're not looking to rumble the house, just want nice, rich, full sound for music in our kitchen. My gut tells me the 70's are sufficient, but I'd be curious to hear others' thoughts. Also, wondering whether I should be looking at the TC-80i as well? The kitchen adjoins our great room where we have a 5.1 DefTech 1000 set-up.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

haven't had a chance to listen to the new 3-way RT speakers but I do use a pair of the TC80s in my living room and my brother just installed a pair of the new 3-way LS (900-LS) in his living room and they are fantastic. If I wasn't so limited on depth, i'd be upgrading mine as well.
The TCs are great but those new 3ways are on a different level. I'd suggest you go with the 90-RT (cus nobody ever regretted getting more speaker for than job than less ) but if the 900-LS ain't too far off your budget, spring for that
