I ordered my set through them finally. This will be the first set of Polk's that I haven't purchased through Polk ebay. I hope that Newegg is just as good as Polk direct as I've never ordered anything but computer supplies from Newegg.

I can't wait for them to get here.

You should be satisfied. I've ordered all my Polk speakers from the egg without any hiccups. I even ordered a CS1, never opened it, was able to return it and exchange it for the CS2. All I did was pay the difference of the two speakers and never paid return postage.

My experience with the egg has always been customer service bonus.

This is so so so tempting. This is the lowest I've seen the cherry version in at least a year.

I feel like I need someone to talk me out of this. I've recently been looking at the Paradigm Studio series and B&W CM series, and wishing there were a place I could listen to the new LSiMs, but at a fraction of the price it seems like I couldn't go wrong with the A9s...

If they were black I'd think about it, that's a pretty good price. Thanks for the heads up

They're out of stock on the black but almost every Saturday they have the black on sale for the same price. This is the first time I've seen the cherry on sale for this little.

It seemed every weekend that I looked the Black A9's were the ones on sale at newegg. Then they were actually listed as out of stock and to my surprise, the cherry version was on sale.

I can't wait to get them here to try out.

The A9's have been delivered!!! It looks like I won't get much done around the house tonight since I have so speakers to open and hook up. I'm starting to get a little excited and wish I didn't have to work the rest of the afternoon.

These sure are highly thought of but just not in the cards just yet. Geoff, Is there a decent place to hear a full product line here in southern Puget Sound? The box stores seem to terrible with this. Big congrats on your new speaks.......Fed-Ex flu?

I want to add too....Newegg deserves all it's accolades. I've purchased a lot from them and they treat you like they are providing quality service "face to face". On two occasions they were aggressively pro-active on getting issues resolved. Hearing that Polk is the same way is one of the reasons I've decided to "stick". (Not a fanboy here....just that I will support people who support me.)

Lol, not fedx, a private shipping company, these babies are shipping at over 160lbs. Also, I went with Polk direct. I've dealt with the egg on all my other speakers and I agree %100, some of the best customer service I've experienced.

Not quite sure where to demo, I used to see Polk at my local B.B. but they went out when B&W came in. Video Only has a decent selection, Klipsh and the TSi line of polks as well as some others.

Fry's has 'em (both RTi and LSi), but the listening environment is FAR from ideal..

That's right, and, Jeff here has a pair of RTi12's he'd probably demo for you. I'm south of Jeff but I'll show up with a sixer or so.

    Hey, what's up Jeff?

Don't have the RTi's anymore. Debating on, among others, some LSi's.
