PSW10 & Onkyo HT S380

Hello, I just purchased a PSW10 sub, my AVR does not have a sub preout. I know I have to hook it up using the speaker wire method. I then set my AVR to Large fronts and sub to NO. My question is:
1. What crossover in the AVR?
2. What do I set the sub settings too?
