A good buddy up in Washington state sent me a pair or very cool AR's, as most of you you know I wanted to join the Polk club, but it wasn't meant to be yet....

Cubdog knows Scott aka 'Dingus' very well, I now have a pair of AR Connoisseur 40T's in the house, Very neat 3-way's with very nice veneer cabs, tri-ampable, though I'm not going 'there' yet lol!!, Kinda scary with the plates for the bridge (you have to have them lined up just right or lose some output from the tweet/mids).

The pics are from Scott

The sound is very smooth, lot's of detail all around the instruments, great soundstage, a tad bright for my ears, a touch of the treble on the Yammie pre brings it down, I don't think there's alot of these around, they do sound nice in my room, just sharing...
