    I'm not familiar with this type of device. Would it allow the remote controlled TV, DVD player and pre-Amp to be controlled on a single remote?

    I might be interested in that, if it doesn't cause more headaches than we already have in that arena.

    Please tell me more?

    This device is used as an RF to IR converter for URC remotes. You need a specific remote to use it, which does require special programming.
    $50 shipped is a great price!

    Darn it, I own a MX-6000i, and it looks like I need an "i" base station, too. I would have taken this deal in a heartbeat!!!
