looking for a good bookshelf rear speaker for music only. Was thinking of buying one of the two m30's or tsi100's
I found a pair of new in box m30's in cherry and black faces for $134.00. I also seen tsi's for 177 to 219 $, the price looks good for 30's .
I just want to but some sound to the rear of room and do not have space for floor standing. with the above speakers in mind what would be better choice?

You can get a better price on the 30's. Right now they are $119, but I see them on sale all the time for $89 to $99.

Or try the 40's:

Forgot to mention, I believe the only difference between the M30 and the Tsi100 is cosmetic. Same with the M40 and Tsi200.

The Monitors are hands-down, the best bang for the buck.I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

I agree with the William. I got a pair of M30's on black Friday for $79. If you have the patience, keep checking Newegg and they'll be back around that price eventually. The 40's may be the better choice since it's in your price range.2 ChannelTurntable - VPI Classic 2/Ortofon 2M BlueAmplification - Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II, Parks Audio Budgie PhonoSpeakers - GoldenEar Triton 17.2 Home TheaterDenon AVR-X3300W; Rotel RMB-1066; Klipsch RP-280F's, Klipsch RP-450C, Polk FXi3's, Polk RC60i; Dual SVS PB 2000's; BenQ HT2050; Elite Screens 120"Man CaveTurntable - Pro-Ject 2.9 Wood/Grado GoldAmplification - Dared SL2000a, McCormack DNA 0.5 DeluxeCD: Cambridge AudioSpeakers - Wharfedale Linton 85th Anniversary; LSiM 703; SDA 2A

I have a small room and I use the TSi 100s for my fronts. I love them.
