Going over some new laws this year, I came across one for Johns home state of California. I almost fell off my chair laughing my arse off. It's a discrimination law, apparently you as an employer can't discriminate against.....cross dressers. So I guess if you go into the bank and your banker has been a nice middle aged dude in a suit, and one day he's wearing a wig and lipstick and a nice sun dress and heels, thats cool. If that happened to me I would just leave after laughing so hard.
So John, it's ok now pal, you can wear your wig to your new job.:cheesygrin: Who knows, the wife may even like it.:cheesygrin:

I guess as far as a sexual harassment suit goes, your screwed either way. LOL !!

    I just renewed a contract with a partner company and they had added terms to the new version of the agreement that specifically states that we have to agree to no longer use corporal punishment of employees. My sr mgt is going to be really disappointed by that!

    Ha ha, so are my Canadian neighbors, and their hot tub is below my kitchen window. Makes cooking soo much more fun.
