Polk Survey?

So I received an email on Dec. 22 from polk asking me to complete a 20 minute survey. Seem to be regarding headphones use and feedback. Says you can enter to win some gear which is sweet but I have a question... did anyone else get this email? Because when you click on the link, the polk page doesn't load. Just says unable to connect. This is the website it's trying to establish communications with: http://web2.polkaudio.com:81/CT00036905MjUyMTUz.HTML

It all looks legit but I haven't been able to access this site.

Edit: I should also point out that it came from the following email address: news@web2.polkaudio.com

    I got the email and took the survey. It was mainly a marketing survey,

    Took about 20 minutes and it was about headphones and speakers systems for MP3 players and phones.

    Upon completion of the survey I got a confirmation page saying thanx for the info and I was entered in a drawing for something (I forget what it was ), prizes to be drawn Jan 3rd.

    I came back from vacation and could not open it, I tought it was over but in light of your post my hunch is this is a border thing. Do not forget you live in Canuck land and some Polk offers can not/will not cross the border I've experienced such in the past). ;)
