Subwoofer Wireless Kits

I have an HSU subwoofer that I am looking to relocate to the back of the room for aesthetic purposes. Only problem is that I have no way of being able to wire it to the receiver without being obtrusive.

I have researched some wireless subwoofer kits like this:

I need some education here. What is the best wireless subwoofer kit to use, and how is the overall sound quality using said kits? Is it a waste of money to pursue?
