    In please; the wife and I have decided to give up cable for this year. It's kind of sneaky I guess because in order to do it, we are getting an HD antenna and using Roku. But, for the $100 we will save a month, we hav decided to put that into our kids college funds (every little bit helps these days).

    Good resolution max. I made the change. Still don't eat the best, but a lot better than I did. Best thing I can say is make fresh or from scratch. Also if you don't know what the ingredient(s) on the box are don't buy or at least limit your intake of that product. We have switched over to natural sugar, unbleached flour, and other natural stuff. We don't use as much powdered spices ie garlic powder, dried minced onions and use real garlic onions and other real spices and herds. Foods also taste better when you use the real thing.
