It has 4 conductors, can it be bi-wired? Is it designed for single-wire connection?

A conductor is a conductor - Im sure you could use it as a bi wire cable.

I would assume. I used Audioquests 14/4 wire to create bi-wire and bi-amp speaker wires. This wire seems to be about the same.

That's good DIY cable, and it can be used to biwire speakers, but remember to take into account the gauge size. I don't remember, but it may be rated with two conductors combined, so just ensure it is a large enough gauge for your wants/needs.

Each conductor gauge size is 10 awg, which is large enough. Yes, the factory made cable is two conductors combined.
