Unique Gifts for the Holidays?

I finally got a gift for my wife that she loved and couldn't stop laughing about. It's ME?! I know, lame. But I had a bobblehead made to look like me from www.headbobble.com and it's hilarious. The base is also a recording device, so you can add your own voice or phrase to it as well. I recorded something crude but figured it would be a nice stress breaker when she's at work, which is where she keeps it.

Anyone else get something odd or unique for the holidays?

CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

That is awesome. If only it went "The Full Monty" with the touch of a button....

Yeah that would have been cool...or if the pants rear end dropped off to reveal assless chaps.

If it did that, you would have to start selling them. I can't really speak for the rest of the forum, but I know I'd be in line to buy one!

On a serious note, that is really a cool gift. It's unique, and more personal than your typical off-the-shelf ones.

I'd get one made of me, but only if it was for one of those grab bags where you try to bring the worst gift.

Those are pretty cool. I have debated getting one or two made of some of my freinds as a joke, but the cost is a bit prohibitive.

Sometimes its not what the gift is, but the thought put into it or the uniqueness that make it awesome.

I got my sweet thang personalized license plates for her new car she bought this summer. "SHARKB8" - Shark Bait (Anyone who's seen Finding Nemo knows where this name came from). It was a great idea as she drives a Tiburon which means Shark! Can;t wait to see her reaction.
