I purchased four 5x7 DB 571, I installed one in each front door, and two in the rear. Althought the book calls for 6x9's for the real, the design of the trunk wont allow for it. However, I want to get the best out of theses speakers, they sound petty good with the Poineer deck, but I know they can sound better. Does anyone have any insight as to what is the best amplifier watts will give me the best sound in a 2000 Lincoln town car. I current have one 12inch Sub (Polk DB Type) and it sounds amazing.

Get one of the matching 4 channel polk amps off their ebay site: http://stores.ebay.com/Polk-Audio-Direct/Car-Marine-Audio-/_i.html?_fsub=153926519&_sid=686154689&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322
Looks like the 500.4 or 200.4 will both come in under 200 bucks and should be good. Of those two I would probably suggest the 500.4."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted."
