Damn! Why isn't the tour coming up to the Northwest? After all, Hendrix was from Seattle. Maybe they'll add some dates to come up here. If they do, i will be seeing this show. Thanks for the link George.

My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

I saw the show earlier this year. I've never worn earplugs at a show, but really wish I brought some this time. Way too effing loud.....ridiculous really. I had my fingers in my ears for a lot of the show and my ears were still ringing like a **** afterwards. Other than that, a great show with massive talent.

Yeah Jesse. I think they were going for the "Hendrix Experience". For instance when Hendrix played at Monterey there is the footage of him pointing to his ears telling the audience to cover theirs. Hendrix (I have read) played with his amps on 11. Those Marshalls were pumping out massive dB levels.

To have experienced Hendrix at the Monterey Pop Festival would have been ...... awesome. With the amount of talent packed on the stage for this tour, it ought to be good. And loud. Good and loud.
