db840 or MM840 for LSi15 upgrade?

Hi all
I know that everyone recommends db840 as a bass driver upgrade for LSi15. But what about MM840 from Polk? This seems to be a better driver based just on the specs, going down to 26Hz, vs 30Hz on db. Both single coil 4Ohm.

There are more important parameters than FS or RE under these circumstances, such as QTS, VAS, efficiency, etc... From a quick look, it appears the MM may require a larger enclosure, which would create a hump in bass response and not dig as deep if installed in the LSi15's cabinet.
