Hey did you happen to see if the RTi A7's were in stock when you bought your A9's? I've wanted to get the A7's when they were on sale for $299 again, but I missed out last week and they sold out. So I've been checking this whole week and even put in an email notification but was never emailed. I see they are still out of stock but the price is back to $299. So I just want to make sure I didn't miss out again. Thanks

One way to watch the prices is to use camelegg.com. I use camelcamelcamel.com to watch Amazon prices as rss feeds. Here is a link to the price history http://camelegg.com/product/N82E16882290160 You can sign up for email or twitter alerts, or use the rss feed at the bottom of the page.

Now having said all that, I don't know how quickly you are updated if a price were to suddenly drop with limited stock.

Its a shame the cherry model never goes on sale, or at least never on sale this much. It doesn't even look like newegg carries the cherry model anymore
