All this talk about speaker cables I have a question...

I like to put some nice looking speakers wire between a porch speaker and the ceiling plate jacks. It only needs to be like 12" or less 10" maybe. Want to do? Signal Cable starts at 4' could they make a 1' cables?

He'll make whatever size you want. I've had a dozen or so custom lengths made over the years.

EDIT: Actually, I have some 14" lengths I don't need anymore if you want to buy them. The are AP Spades and AP Bananas.

Call them and ask. I know they do custom work. My only concern is your going to need cable rated for outdoor use and I am not sure how "good" that cable normally is. Its not the same as the stuff you use inside your house or even in walls (if I remember correctly).

Hmm.... Let me think about that Mark, I'm looking for Banana to Banana. Not 100% if that would work, I need to check. PM your price so I know what you're looking for get them. And I'll call Signal Cable.
