Delay in audio feed to TV

I am a newbie on HT stuff. Just set-up my first real system and I am having trouble with a slight delay in audio feed to the TV. It makes it seem like I'm watching an old kung-fu movie...very frustrating condsidering I spared little cost in setting the whole thing up. I currently run all monoprice high-speed HDMI cables to the receiver and components. Any suggestions??

Search your source setup/interface. It will most likely have a delay settings/adjustments section.
