You'd think, after only a decade+ the NES would jump right the occasion but NO! It wants to be all stingy and flash on and off. How silly of me.

Does anyone else out ther have a working NES? What games do ya have? I've got Dragon Warrior, Contra, Super Mario/Duck hunt, Legend of Zelda, Double Dragon and Mike Tyson's Jail Break...err Punch out.:D

after pushing the game in all the way, try pulling the cartridge out until it almost won't click down anymore.

seems to work like a charm for my system.

Will do. I tried pulling it out a bit, but not to where it almost won't click down.

I seem to remember the NES as having a problem that could be fixed by shoving another game in the slot after pushing the one you're playing down into the system. Obviously, this is for the original "push in and down" NES.
    Ludicrous gibs!

Oh yeah, Nintendo is the BEST! I just broke out my super nintendo over the weekend, I think I'll have to find the original NES at my parents house next time I'm home!

I've also got a bunch of NES games on my computer. Anyone know of a web site where I can get more RAM's (the games)?
