Was just watching a bit on the Library of Congress on TV. They were showcasing the A/V area. On the wall was mounted a pair of Polk Monitor 40s! Cool. huh? In cherry even!

    LOL

When I go places that have mounted speaker systems with a logo still attached to them, I try to discern what brand the company uses.

I've found the leading three makers used by most commercial purposes are (no surprises here): JBL, PolkAudio, and Klipsch - in no particular order.
Do you hear that buzzing noise?

Saw an ADT commercial this morning and in a couple's home behind them was a pair of Monitor 40's in cherry with the grills off.

Ha! I do that all the time. And that is about the same finding I have. The big AMC theater near me is all Klipsch.
