Wondering if any Polkies dig Manhattan Transfer...Just picked up their latest one: Couldn't be hotter. Recording quality is better than average, it's a Telarc live recording. It's amazing, had several of their albums in the past 20 years and still think they have their "magic" after all these years...
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

I have been a fan of The Manhatten Transfer for many years. Their Christmas CD is one of the most clever that I have heard in a number of years. Their interpretation of standard/popular music is very original.
I was unaware of a new CD. Can you provide any additional information.Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support
group for that. It's called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Circuit City has better price $13.99 (where I picked it up). I agree with you, their christmas album is great. I've been meaning to pick up the SACD version, but not quite sure if I will get enough mileage out of it. It's definitely bring the christmas mood into the house (too bad there's no white christmas 'round here).I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. I guarantee you will appreciate your 15 even more, with her vocal strength. She's another female jazz vocalist that need to be reckon with...I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.
