Playing the " Joan of Arc" card isn't going to do you any favors. Maybe best to get the "lay of the land" so to speak beforehand.

    Lay of the land? Meaning?

Is that to imply my opinion isn't as valid as yours or what? I'm not playing any cards . Nor am I going to censor what I think because it doesn't fit someone else's ideals.

While were here though, how about you give me a lesson on what the lay of the land is so I will then have a clear and concise understanding of how you want your forum run. when a guy talks about the betterment in sound and all a half dozen folks see (or read between the lines to manufacture) is that he's a thief I'd say the cards have been played. I am definitely open to your suggestions on how I could distance myself from "Joan of Arc" whatever the heck that's supposed to mean .....
    Too much **** to list....

Everyone has had to deal with a horrible boss, however I don't think stealing from them is the right way to do things.

and just because your manager came to you and gave you the cables, doesn't make it right either. Playing dumb and taking something isn't right, but to then post and say oh I got these for free because my boss gave them to me and I think my upper management is even more stupid because they think my job is obsolete doesn't make it right.

After the good results with the new cable, I think I am going to get some banana plugs from monoprice and use the left over wires to make jumpers and get rid of the factory ones on my RTi A3. I have heard people say that has made a difference... Has anyone any experience to comment about that tweak?

I did that and didn't notice any difference in sound. Let us know what you find out.

Not trying to bust anyone's knuts. If you read the very first post he tells of how he stole speaker wire 2 times from the theater. Surprised no one caught it.

The wire I was using before this was also wire I took from my theater years before.
Presumably, this was BEFORE the HORRIBLE NEW OWNERS came about! What a piece of work...

I really have no interest in hearing the re-explanation for this part of the story.

The money you don't steal or patriate for yourself if unearned will pay back many times over un other ways and times. Just today I found a nice expensive hair thingy that would have made a great gift for my wife. It was apparent someone had just lost it. Without wasting a moment I walked it into the bank and handed to the teller who I know and trust and told I just found it in case someone comes inquiring. Good things have happened in my life and I believe it's because of the way I live it. That expensive piece was probably very sentimental and even if not, it didn't belong to me.

That being said, my wife has a habit of telling a story where if she happened upon a great deal she uses jargon like, I stole it, swiped it, lied cheated and stole etc. it drives me nuts because I have to clarify the story when its being misunderstood. She would never knowingly take something inappropriately but she will snake a deal. :)
