iPad 2 for my laptop and/or touchpad

Title says it all. I'm looking to get my hands on an iPad 2 if I can. I've got an HP Touchpad and absolutely love it. But I've also got an iPhone, so there is a benefit for me to having an iPad since I've already purchased a bunch of apps that are compatible.

Really, I'm just looking to trade even up for the laptop. I just mention that I have the TP in case you might be interested, we could probably work out a trade+cash deal if you like having a tablet as well.

HP Elitebook 8440p
2.4 GHz i5 processor
2 GB ram (upgradable to 8)
250 GB HDD? (says 232 usable, not sure how big of a system share is there)

Then some of the convenience features such as finger print reader, memory card reader, webcam, keyboard light, eSata, etc.

I also have the external battery for it. It's not the "extended" battery that sticks out the back of the laptop. It's the type that clips onto the bottom for a dual battery configuration (doubles the life, realistically 6-8 hours of life with normal useage on web)

Any takers? (I'd be willing to sell it straight out, asking for $600 - i.e. the cost of an iPad 2)
