Is anyone using their TT with a 2000A?
If so i am interested in what kind of pre folks are liking with it.

    Interesting.I would have thought tube to tube could be a conflict.
    So which tubes are you really hearing when you use that?

    I use a highly modded Cambridge Audio 640P with my Dared. Here is a review and synopsis of the mods / upgrades.

    1. All electrolytic caps were replaced with Panasonic FC's and SU's for the bipolars.
    2. Op amps removed and op amp sockets installed.
    3. Polystyrene caps installed in place of ceramic bypass caps on the op amps.
    4. The two 220pf input caps removed completely.
    5. Optionally input resistors changed to adjust impedance to the cart for best performance.

    It sounds incredible and owns anything at or below 1k that we've put it up against. My analog setup rivals my digital setup with the only variable being the quality of the mastering to determine the better sound. See my sig to see the other parts of the chain.
