Polk Music speakers
Are all of Polk speakers made for home theater first and music second. Which series works best for music that does not have increased high tones out of the tweeter?

The RTi Series is pointed at the theater sound the LSi and LSim Series are more musical.

You could probably say the Monitor series (however cheaper) falls in between sound wise. With regards to "warmer", "brighter", "forward", "recessed" descriptive words.Things are more like they are now than they ever will be!

I received two pair of SC60i speakers as a gift. Would these be suitable for HT use? If so, what should I use for the center channel? If these speakers are not the best for HT use, what does anyone recommend? I appreciate the advice.

The new LSiM series.Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."

Even for music, ive never heard anyone saying they would take a pair of bookshelf monitors, over the bookshelf RTiA,s The RtiA,s are just a much higher quality speaker in either application, in my op.Not an Audiophile, just a dude who loves music, and decent gear to hear it with.
