A friend just emailed me about an auction on a HP16C calculator.
Apparently there's a bid of $110 for it. Weird because I've had one since university and never would have thought of it as a collector's item. Obsolete? Yes. Antique? No.

Of course, mine's no where mint or very good. It's not well used if there isn't a coke or coffee stain somewhere on it imo. :)

Just curious, what's the oddest thing you've seen sold on eBay that wasn't a outright prank?

    Wonder how much I could get for my one-owner HP-35... Bought it in 1973 right after the big price drop from $400 to $300...

    I thought the guy that was selling his AIR GUITAR music-smiley-007.gif was pretty comical. there was even a picture of him playing it and saying how much they've been through together.
