In the last 4 months I have aquired 6 sets of Polks, 3 pair of Monitor 4's, 1 pair of RTA 11's, 1 pair of SDA1C's and a pair of SDS SRS. I intend to step up to a 7.1 surround setup and use the 4's for that. The RTA 11's are in my bedroom running on my Carverfest 40 watt tube monoblocks. The SDA1C's and the SDA SRS's Will be used in my dedicated listening room that I am currently working on, running off 2 Sunfire 300 x 2 amps. Any help reguarding upgrades or tweeks or where to find info about upgrades and tweeks will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Harry

Welcome Harry, the speakers you have are compatible due to the fact they use the same tweets which are the SL2000's. The monitor 4's are good surround speakers but you may want to consider using bi-pole speakers for the surrounds and using a set of 4's for the rear mains. The bi-pole speakers are a great effect speaker for HT movies. Your amplifier is excellent. Are you using an AVR to decode the latest formats. Many people are going to chime in for upgrades. I would run the system stock and see if you like it. If you feel it lacks something you can easily address it with a direct upgrade that should correct the problem. You may still want a sub for movies. You will not need it for music as the SRS can pack quite a punch. Enjoy your system.
Polk HT system 1: LSIC, LSI25 mains, LSI F/X rears, Lsi F/X rear centers,
Yamaha RX-V2500 System, Carver A753 3 channel amp.

Polk HT system 2: , SRT system with f/x 1,000's rear speakers on 7.1 system currently using Onkyo TX-RZ820 receiver, powered by Sunfire Grand Theater amp

    Polk Speaker collection: SDA SRS 1.2tl x 2, SRT system, SDA SRS 2 P/B, SDA 2A, SDA 1C Studio, SDA CRS+, Monitor 7B & 4, SRS 3.1tl, RTA 15tl, LS90, LSI 9

use the search box on the top of all Polk pages here on the club. There's plenty from years gone by including photos and things you can't do to these also.

I hope you have deep pockets.... or fat wallet. Space out the upgrades if you need to. I have.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
