As mentioned in an earlier thread I will be selling two amps pretty quick, just as soon as I can get my two emergency lesser amps in from the garage. Just thought I would post this now so people have time to ponder, scheme and figure out how to one--or both--as Christmas gifts:mrgreen:

Anthem AMP 2 SE...great shape and sound and hours..don't remember what tubes are in there right now but it sounds good to me!

Luxman M-117...again great shape and sound and hours...also sounds mighty fine!

Both of these will be professionaly packed by UPS with their ironclad Pack and Ship promise. Will get prices as soon as i move these out. Respond to this thread or pm if you are interested. I could ship these myself if need be if ups is too expensive but will probably just lower my selling price instead.

    Well, don't know a price till I get a shipping quote and can't do that until I get a weight and can't do that till I pull them out of the H/t system and can't do that till I move the other ones in...Did ya follow that cause I sure didn't:mrgreen:

    I did, but you could always price them and then just add shipping after the fact. So on the Anthem One Kidney + shipping heheheh

    Guys,

    It's so much easier if you post something for sale when you have all your ducks in a row and are ready to actually sell, with a price, weight, and photo's.

    Just one person's opinion but lately it seems there is no consistency to FS threads.

    Well, the ducks are in a row, just not a straight one:redface: Wanted to get this out there and going and gone hopefully before Christmas time. My thinking was at least folks were aware that its coming soon so get your pennies saved up. However, I do understand where you are coming from and in the future will have all ducks in row and straight in line.

    On another note, the Anthem weighs 55 lbs and the Luxman is 51 lbs. Not gonna be cheap to ship that's for sure! Local pickup is fine by the way:mrgreen:

    My opinion is that we should post "teasers" / "feelers" / "maybes" / "whatevers" in the Clubhouse and make sure true "For Sale" items are posted as the rules require.

    I have three Luxman M-117 amps. They are beasts and sound excellent with SDA's. They are also heavy, so shipping will be steep to the east coast but someone on the west coast should consider this amp. Great value if the price is right. Luxman in general are quality items. Good luck with the sale.

    OK, the Luxmanm shipped anywhere in the lower 48 will be $380..pickup is $300

    the Anthem shipped anywhere in the lower 48 will be $480...pickup is $400

    Shipping might seem high but that is because they are doing and putting their guarantee/warranty stamp on it, not to mention supplies and labor etc..

    This is OBO also but can't afford to go too low...

    Forgot to mention that if the shipping cost turns out to be lower then $80 to wherever you might be I will refund the difference if its more then $10...again, this is the CONUS!
