1998 land rover discovery amp wiring

I have a 1998 land rover discovery with a stock head unit. I need to know how to hook up a amp to the head unit. There is a stock amp in the back door. Can I use the wires from that? Or do I have to get a special RCA cord?

    Are you replacing the stock head unit with a new one?
