Matching In-Wall Surrounds

I've finally decided it is time to work on my home theater audio. I've been living with my cheap JVC HTIB I bought in college for 10 years now.

I recently purchased the following receiver: Onkyo TX-NR609 7.2 Channel Network THX Certified A/V Receiver

My new house has a 5.1 pre-wire with all my pre-wires in the ceiling. Since I am not thrilled with having any of the fronts or center in the ceiling, I have selected the following for my mid-sized room. ~16' x 16' x 9' ceilings

Center: CSI A4
Front L&R: RTI A3

I am wanting to stick with the bookshelf speakers instead of going further to towers. I am going to start using a free sub that Amazon is offering and worry about that later (PSW111). For the surrounds, I want to use the in ceiling pre-wires and do not want to hang speakers. In ceiling speakers would make my wife the happiest.

Trying to choose between the following:
TC80i
TC60i
TC620i

Any help on this selection would be appreciated. Would the TC80i's be too large since they would have an 8" diamter vs the 6.5" on my front speakers? Are the TC620i's a good enough speaker since I can find them much cheaper? The price point between the TC80i and TC60i from what I can find is not a huge difference, but I would not want to put in the TC80i if the TC60i would work better with my front selection.

Thanks,

Brian
