Interesting. Good performances. Billed as a Brad Pitt Oscar vehicle but I doubt he'll get it. Maybe a nomination. Doubt I'll watch it again but who knows. For whatever reason, Costner's got the market cornered in terms of baseball movies that keeps me glued to my seat whenever they come on TV: Bull Durham, Field of Dreams, For Love of the Game.

Good for an afternoon break from shopping or a rental.
