    I agree with Jstas 100% on both of his posts here; a policy like that is absolute BS. Not only is it lazy, but it isn't even an accurate indicator of how qualified someone is (especially in this economy); you could very well miss out on a more qualified candidate. In addition, some of those who are unemployed would be both happy and grateful to have the job, and they are exactly the kind of people you want. They are the type of people who are motivated; instead of just doing the bare minimum, they would put for the effort to go above and beyond.

    Typical Lawyer BS the way I see it. They are always trying to steal something from somebody. In this case it's their competitions staff.
