Hi Guys,
Yesterday I got my new Polk Audio FXi-A4 which complete my set:
Front: RTi-A7
Center CSi-A6
Rear: FXi-A4
Receiver: Yamaha Rx-v2067
I don't have sub.

After connecton the new rear speakers I run auto calibration using YAPO.
After the calibration I feel that the bass and the sound (Specially on stereo) are not so good as it was before calibration.

Anyone can assist here?
I notice that the rear speakers setup with 90HZ. Is that ok?

Thanks,

Shmulik.

Don't take the calibration as gospel. Go into the receivers menu and go to speaker levels. Start at 0 and go up or down from there. The sub level probably need to be around +3 to start and you can adjust up or down manualy.

I would make sure the sub is set off/no since you don't have one. Also make sure the front R/L are set to large/full so all the bass is sent to the front R/L speakers. Not sure how Yamaha shows this in their menu you just want to make sure the low frequencies are sent to the A7's since there is no subwoofer.

I would set the crossover for the rear speakers to 80Hz and if you can set the center independantly 60Hz. Test and adjust from there as needed.
