Need to see the light

I have a non-audio related question. I have a 2004 Dodge 4x4 and I am looking to replace Silver Star head light bulbs with someting whiter and brighter. I am having a hard time seeing center line on wet pavement in areas with the yellowish street lights( huge glare ). I looked at sylvania ultras but read of low life ( 6 months ) I have also looked into wagner trueviews but not real good reviews. Any sugestions?
