anyone who buys these, says it's one of, if not the best audio product they've purchased...i wanted to let you know that the logitech customer service is top-notch....one of my classic's wouldn't power up recently..it's probably 2 or 3 years out of warranty...logitech offered a 50% discount on a new one! i thought that was very generous and worth mentioning here... i opted to keep the unit...i looked inside and the power supply jack had some cold-solder points...i reflowed what was there added some on top and it's all good!

I love my Squeezebox Radio, and I also love Logitech customer support. The few times I've had to use them, I've had great results; this includes keyboards, mice and the harmony remotes. The calls always seem to be answered quickly and the reps are polite and don't seem forced to walk you through unnecessary troubleshooting steps that you've already done. Plus, for defective items under warranty they've always shipped first, which is a nice thing.
